Where to Stay:

vegas49

ARIA Resort & Casino Las Vegas [Modern hotel]

📍3730 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89158

We decided to stay at Aria the last time we were in Vegas because of its modern look! This contemporary hotel wasn’t very crowded around the time that we visited, so it was really quiet and relaxing. The rooms are more technologically updated; as soon as we walked in the lights automatically turned on and the curtains opened up, showing off the panoramic view facing the strip! Check out our review here for more details.

Bellagio Hotel & Casino [Centrally located]

📍3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

If you’re looking to stay somewhere right in the middle of all the hustle and bustle, the Bellagio is the centerpiece of the Las Vegas Strip! We’ve stayed here in the past and we loved our room and our experience here. The room was elegant and spacious, and we had an amazing view of the Bellagio fountains!🤩 It’s also a beautifully decorated hotel! Each season their team transforms the Bellagio Conservatory & Botanical Garden into a magnificent showcase of Spring, Summer, Fall and Winter. Pictured above is part of their Fall display last year (2017). The 14,000 square ft. floral playground is free to walk around. We highly suggest taking a walk through even if you’re not a hotel guest!

Where To Eat:

vegas52

Lago by Julian Serrano

📍Located in: Bellagio Hotel and Casino

3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

This restaurant, hands down, has the best views on the strip! Lago is best known for their Italian cuisine and their close up views of the iconic Fountains of Bellagio. Although we set reservations (we highly recommend making reservations well in advance, they book up quick), we waited a bit longer for a table with a better view of the fountain show. Trust us, it’s worth the wait!🤩 This place is very pricey, but we think that the views along with the food is totally worth it; especially when you’re in Vegas you have to splurge a little!😜 Check out our blog post about Lago here.

vegas24

Sugar Factory American Brasserie

📍Located in: The Fashion Show Mall

3200 S Las Vegas Blvd #1240, Las Vegas, NV 89109

If you’re looking for some sweet treats than you definitely have to go to the Sugar Factory! This restaurant has two levels. On the top level, you’ll find a whimsical candyland theme on the patio, and inside a chocolate lounge with panoramic views of the strip! And on the bottom level, is more dine in seating and their candy store! 🍭This place isn’t just a dessert parlor, they actually have so many food options from salads and sandwiches to delicious milkshakes and drinks. We got the Lollipop Passion 60oz. goblet which is a liquid nitrogen infused cocktail, a Sugar Factory signature drink. It comes out smoking which makes for a really good snap! 👻 We also got the burger sliders which were so cute! Each burger had a different color bun so it was like a rainbow. 🌈 They also came with a little rubber ducky which you can take home as a souvenir! This is the go-to spot for anyone with a sweet tooth!

Where to drink:

vegas11

The Chandelier

📍Located in: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

The Chandelier is a bar with three levels and is located in the center of the Cosmopolitan. This has to be the most glamorous bar in the world!✨ From a glance you’ll notice the purple lights and the crystals hanging from ceiling, so pretty! The drink to try here is the “Verbena cocktail”, also known as the ‘Flower Cocktail’. It’s not on the menu, it’s one of those “secret” things where you have to be in the know. The most interesting thing about the verbena is the flower garnish, that actually alters your taste buds! It literally feels like tickles all over your mouth and gives a buzzing sensation when drinking the margarita that it comes with. This bar does get pretty busy and loud depending on the time and day, but we definitely suggest stopping by because it’s just so glamorous, you’d wouldn’t want to miss it!

vegas32

5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar

📍Located in: Margaritaville in the Flamingo Hotel

3555 E Flamingo Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

For the best happy hour spot, the 5 O’Clock somewhere bar is the place to be! Surrounded by tropical decor and plants, this bar is very energetic and fun. Its best feature has to be their flair bartenders! Our bartender, Billy (@chunkdude), was so much fun! He actually films his travels on YouTube like us and is a super talented bartender. He was able to do some fun tricks like throwing bottles in the air and balancing several bottles on his head! 5 O’Clock Somewhere Bar definitely has the friendliest and most entertaining service on The Strip!

vegas57

Marquee Nightclub & Dayclub

📍Located in: The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas

3708 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

There are so many amazing options for clubs in Las Vegas! And we couldn’t miss out on a Vegas pool party in the summer, so we decided to check out Marquee Dayclub! At first glance this place has a beach club style theme. The cabanas had plenty of room for large groups and some even have their own infinity pools looking out to the stage!

The Best Attractions:

vegas20

‘Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas’ Sign

📍5200 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89119

Cost: Free

Would it even be a Vegas trip if you didn’t get an obligatory pic at the Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas Sign?!🎰 People have been visiting this sign since 1959! The 25-foot tall sign is located in a median, and there is a small parking area provided if you’re driving. There is usually a long line to take a picture so be prepared to wait, but there is a person working to take your photo! It’s kind of by itself, away from the strip, but totally worth seeing!

vegas8

High Roller

📍The LINQ Hotel & Casino

3545 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Cost: $22-25 (day) $32-27 (night) Buy tickets online to save $!

If you want to see the Las Vegas strip in a truly unique way than take a ride on the High Roller! The High Roller is the world’s tallest observation wheel, at 550-feet tall.🎡 Located in the heart of the Last Vegas strip, the wheel takes about half an hour to complete a full rotation. The cabins even have an open bar with a bartender. If you’re lucky, your bartender will give you ‘shots at the top’ when you reach the highest point of the ride! It’s amazing to get a birds eye view of the strip, all of the city lights, and the sun setting behind the desert canyons!

vegas23

Outdoor – Indoor

Gondola Rides

📍The Venetian

3355 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Cost: $29

You can ride a Gondola through Venice, Italy! (Well, in Vegas 😜) They have two options, outdoor or indoors, and of course we had to do both! Whether you ride inside or outside, for just $29, you feel as if you’ve truly escaped to Venice. Outside, our gondolier sang Italian songs to us, and as we approached a bridge she told us to close our eyes and make a wish! 🌟💫 The indoor ride has lots to see too! The sky is always blue and looks like the streets of Italy with lamp posts and beautiful architecture throughout. Vegas is so fast paced and with all the walking around, this is the perfect way to relax after a long day!

vegas15

Seven Magic Mountains

📍The Desert

S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89054

Cost: Free

If you’re willing to make a short drive right outside of Las Vegas you have to see this beautiful art installation before it’s gone! The Seven Magic Mountains are seven towers of colorful boulders that stand over 25ft tall out in the middle of the desert. It’s a picture perfect spot with the breathtaking mountains far behind the colorful rocks. From what we’ve read they will be there through the end of 2018. You can read more about the Seven Magic Mountains in our blog post here.

vegas47

SlotZilla Zip Line

📍Over Fremont Street

425 Fremont St #160, Las Vegas, NV 89101

Cost: $20-25 (lower zipline) $40-49 (upper zoomline)

This 12-story zipline was such a fun experience! SlotZilla is a slot machine-inspired thrill attraction on Fremont Street. They have two options, a upper and a lower, but we 100% recommend doing the upper zoomline. Go big or go home! 😜 The lower is a sitting position zipline, and what makes the upper so much cooler is that you fly over Fremont Street Superman style! We were there on a Friday night when Fremont Street was packed with tourists and street performers. There was even a outdoor concert that we flew above! It was definitely one of the coolest things we’ve ever done! For a more detailed review, check out our blog post here.

vegas35

Fremont Street Experience

📍Downtown Las Vegas

Fremont St, Las Vegas, NV 89101

Fremont Street Experience , also know as “Old Vegas”, is a 24-hour outdoor mall and attraction located in Downtown Las Vegas. It has a huge LED canopy (where you can expect to see people zip-lining right above you!), a casino, restaurants and free entertainment! They even have free concerts on the weekends! 🎶 Other attractions include the SlotZilla zip-line, Fear the Walking Dead Survival (based on AMC’s hit show), Viva Vision Light Shows, and free slot machine pulls at Binion’s and Four Queens. Fremont Street is always a good time no matter what you get into!

Bellagio Fountains

📍In Front of the Bellagio Hotel

3600 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109

Cost: Free

It’s one of the most iconic sights in Las Vegas. The dancing water fountain is choreographed to music and performs every 30 minutes between 3pm and 8pm, and then every 15 minutes until midnight. There’s so many viewpoints to watch the dancing fountains! It’s breathtakingly beautiful and the fountains soar super high. This is the best free show on The Strip and we definitely recommend seeing it at night with all of the lights!😍

vegas38

The Strip

📍Las Vegas, NV

Cost: Free

There’s nothing like the Vegas Strip! It’s 4.2 miles of amazing views and endless photo ops! The Strip is growing and changing every year, it seems as if theres still so much to see even though we’ve been here so many times! There are the most amazing five star casino and resorts, dayclubs and nightclubs, some of the world’s best restaurants, and so many attractions. If you’re visiting Las Vegas we recommend getting a hotel right on The Strip. And make sure to bring comfortable walking shoes because if you’re anything like us, you’re going to want to at least attempt to see everything!

vegas21

It seems like we go to Vegas year after year and there’s always something new to do! As you can tell from our guide, there’s something for everyone!
