Table Mountain Inn is a Southwestern-style boutique hotel located in historic Golden, CO. The cutest small town just 15 miles West of Denver and 20 miles from Boulder! And of course has amazing views of Table Mountain from the rooms!😍 So if you’re looking for a place to stay with amazing views, great food, and Southwestern charm look no further!

Table Mountain Inn has 2 parking garages attached to the hotel and parking is free during your stay! There’s also overflow parking right across the street at Woody’s Pizza incase the garages are full. Side note: Woody’s is amazing, I highly recommend it!🍕😋

There’s also a Starbucks across the street on the corner! Super convenient!☕️

Lobby

The first thing I noticed as soon as I walked into the lobby were the beautiful Aztec rugs and Southwestern decor all throughout. It was so charming!😍 To the right is their restaurant (which I’ll get to later in this post) and to the left is where you’ll check-in at the front desk.

I absolutely loved the Southwestern decor in the lobby. They had tapestries hanging and even some taxidermy animals on the wall! I was told by one of the workers that the cougar in the lobby is actually from Table Mountain itself!⛰ So if you go hiking up Table Mountain beware you might see some cougars up there!😱

Rooms

Walking through the hallways they had some cool Native American hieroglyphs and symbols on the walls to go along with their Southwestern theme. It made it really easy to find our room every night!🤪

We stayed in the Santa Fe Executive Suite which had traditional, Southwestern decor just like the rest of the hotel but was still very modern! The suite was extremely spacious! It had a large living area with a fireplace, a huge king size bed, a work-friendly desk, and two balconies with outdoor seating.

The bed was sooo comfortable! It was so big I think we could have fit 4 more people in it lol. And I loved that they had plenty of outlets next to the bed (regular and USB ports)! 👍🏼

Next to the desk was a dresser with a TV, and there’s also a huge closet by the door for extra space to put your belongings. The full-length mirror was a plus too!

The room had a small kitchenette with a cabinet, mini fridge, coffee maker, and even a microwave! And local coffee called Silver Canyon Coffee from Boulder, Colorado!☕️🙌🏼

The bathroom was very spacious with a large shower and tub stocked with locally sourced bath products and really nice granite countertops!

The room had two balconies with the most incredible views of Table Mountain and the foothills.⛰🤩🙌🏼 Yup, not one but two balconies! One was off of the living area and the other right outside the bedroom. Just stepping foot onto the balcony you feel like you’re staying in a cute little pueblo in the middle of the desert!🏜

Absolutely loved waking up to these views.🤩 You could see all of downtown Golden from our balcony, and even the Coors Brewery in a distance!🍻

Dining at Table Mountain Inn

Although downtown Golden has plenty of restaurants to enjoy, you can experience fresh Southwestern cuisine at Table Mountain Inn’s very own Grill & Cantina! The hotel is owned by a restaurant company so they put a focus on their food more than other hotels do, so you know its gotta be good!😋

Table Mountain Grill & Cantina

Hours: Monday-Friday 6:30am-11pm / Saturdays & Sundays 7am-10pm

Menu: https://www.tmigrillandcantina.com/

The patio is absolutely gorgeous with its colorful and abundant flowers overflowing the railings and beautiful turquoise iron wrought detailing. And of course views of Table Mountain!😍 Their food was so good that we ate here multiple times during our stay! Brunch, lunch, and dinner.🤭😛

Loved their vibrant Santa Fe decor. Even they’re table napkins are Aztec and colorful to go with the theme, how cute!

We had brunch here one morning because who doesn’t love brunch with a view?!⛰🤩 We ordered the Banana Bread French Toast, Avocado Toast & Greens, Huevos Rancheros, and the Denver Omelet. It was all so delicious but my favorite had to be the Huevos Rancheros, it was SO good!😋🙌🏼 Even though a dish like Huevos Rancheros sounds Mexican, Table Mountain Grill & Cantina isn’t Mexican food it’s more Southwestern to fit in with the hotel theme!

On their menu they have margaritas and “Coins”, which is like a skinny margarita made with lime juice instead of sour mix. I love that they offer that because margaritas always taste so fresh made with real lime juice! They also offer margaritas made with organic tequila too. Of course I got the Spicy Jalapeño Coin, my favorite!🌶🍹

Dinner was just as good as brunch! To start we got the Dip Trio with their house made salsa, guacamole, pico de gallo, and corn tortilla chips. And for our entree we split the Rocky Mountain Rainbow Trout which came with tri-color smashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, topped with a delicious lime butter sauce!🐟🥦😋

Table Mountain Grill & Cantina also has a bar and plenty of indoor seating with Happy Hour Monday-Thursday: 3-6pm & 9-11pm.🍷

Their margaritas come in two sizes: pepe and hancho (small or large) How fun?!

Check out their other specials:
