There’s no shortage of photo ops at Universal Orlando Resort! The theme parks, the resorts, and Universal’s CityWalk all have countless opportunities to get that perfect shot for the ‘gram. So here are some of my favorite Instagram spots!📸

Universal Globe

The first, and most obvious, is the Universal Studios globe.🌍 Wait for the globe to spin around and take the obligatory pic right in front or walk over to the NBC Sports Grill to get a different perspective!

Location: on Universal’s CityWalk right before you enter Universal Studios Florida

Mel’s Drive-In

Love classic cars and everything retro? Come to Mel’s Drive-In for a burger, milkshake, and a super cute vintage-inspired photo!

Location: at the end of Hollywood Blvd in Universal Studios (across from the Horror Make-Up Show)

Seuss Landing

Step into Seuss Landing and you’ll feel like you’re in a whimsical storybook with colors galore!🤩 Order yourself a giant cotton candy and pose in front of the Truffula Trees for the perfect Instagram pic!🍭🍬

Location: Right in front of the Caro-Seuss-El at Seuss Landing in Universal’s Islands of Adventure

Hogwart’s Castle

No matter what time of day the Hogwarts Castle is always picture perfect!🏰😍 So grab yourself a butterbeer and get your photo in front of this life-like castle! (On the bridge to the left of the castle is the best spot to grab a pic!)

Location: Hogsmeade in Universal’s Islands of Adventure

Jurassic Park

Universal Orlando brings this 90’s classic film to life with giant creatures lurking in every corner! “Do it for the ‘gram” as you dare to pose with these life-size dinosaurs!🦖

Location: Near Jurassic Park River Adventure in Jurassic Park at Universal’s Islands of Adventure

Diagon Alley

If you want a really epic photo, get a pic in Diagon Alley and try waiting for the dragon on top of Gringott’s Bank to breathe fire!🔥 And don’t forget to stop and take a pic outside the shops while you’re there. It’s the perfect spot to whip out your wand and cast a spell!🧙🏼‍♂️💫

Volcano Bay

Get your photo in front of Krakatau, the 200ft Volcano at Volcano Bay Water Park!🌋💦 You’ll be sure to make all your friends back home jealous with this snap, they’ll be questioning if you’re in Orlando or on a tropical island in Hawaii!🌺

The Hulk

Too scared to ride The Hulk? Head to Mythos Restaurant and grab a picture instead!😜🎢

Location: On the outdoor patio at Mythos Restaurant in Universal’s Islands of Adventure

Voo Doo Doughnut

Come get your photo with the super Instagrammable donut throne outside of Voo Doo Doughnuts! And donut forget your yummy prop!🍩

Location: Voodoo Doughnut at Universal’s CityWalk

Jaws

If you’re feeling daring, get your photo inside the jaws of this massive great white shark hanging on the dock of the Fisherman’s Wharf!🦈

Location: Right next to Chez Alcatraz in San Francisco at Universal Studios

TODAY Cafe

This classic yellow taxi cab is the first photo op you’ll see as soon as you enter Universal Studios. With the beautiful palm trees and bright blue sky it makes for the perfect Instagram pic!🚖🌴

Location: Near the entrance of Universal Studios, in Hollywood in front of the TODAY Cafe

Krustyland

Take a photo in front of Krusty’s giant head! And don’t forget to get yourself a giant pink donut too!🤡🍩💕

Lard Lad Donuts

Grab the perfect Instagram pic right outside Lard Lad Donuts! After all doughnuts make the best props!🍩

Hogwart’s Express

Get a pic with the Hogwart’s Express!🚂 You can actually ride the Hogwart’s Express from Hogsmeade in Universal’s Islands of Adventure to London in Universal Studios (vice versa) if you have a park-to-park pass!

Butterbeer Cart

If you didn’t get a picture with butterbeer in The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, did you even go to Universal Orlando?!😜🍻

Islands of Adventure Tower

Get a great photo at the IOA tower right before you start your full day of adventure at the park!

Hogsmeade Village

You have to get a photo in Hogsmeade where it’s Christmas year-round! The snow-covered village makes for the perfect backdrop!❄️

Knight Bus

Catch the Knight Bus on the London streets right outside the entrance to Diagon Alley for an amazing photo op!🚎

Toon Lagoon

Toon Lagoon is an Instagrammer’s dream filled with so many fun interactive photo ops! Take a pic underneath one of the speech bubbles or with the hush-a-bomb!💬💣

The Lost Continent

There’s not too many rides in this section of the park but there are sure some cool photo ops! Get a picture with Poseidon’s trident or in front of the waterfall at Mythos!🧜🏼‍♂️

Honeydukes

Grab the perfect Instagram pic at Honeydukes sweets shop to show all your muggle friends!🦉⚡️

Sugar Plum’s

Is there anything sweeter than this hot pink sweet shop?! Sugar Plum’s is super Instagrammable inside and out!🍬🍭💕

Aventura Hotel’s Rooftop

Looking for the best view in Orlando? Check out this chic rooftop on the 17th floor of Universal’s Aventura Hotel!
